How do I cancel my Now Broadband subscription, and are there any fees associated with it?

To cancel your Now Broadband subscription, you need to log in to your Now Membership account, select the membership type you want to cancel, and follow the onscreen steps. It is recommended to use a desktop, laptop, or tablet to do this rather than a mobile device.

If you cancel before the end of your 12-month contract (excluding the cooling-off period), you will need to pay an early termination charge, also known as an early cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amount depends on your monthly contract fee and the number of months remaining in your contract.

Cancelling a broadband contract early usually incurs a fee, but under some circumstances, it may be possible to cancel without charge.
