How do I run diagnostics on my Vodafone Broadband?

The Vodafone diagnostic utility can be used to run basic tests to check for any connectivity issues on your Vodafone broadband.

1. Open a browser on your PC and go to http://192.168.1.1/
2.  Enter your password. The default is vodafone.
3. Make sure that ‘Basic Mode‘ is selected in the top right-hand corner of the router settings page
4. Click on ‘Status & Support’
5. Select ‘Diagnostic Utility’ from the left-hand menu
6. Click on the ‘Diagnose” button under the ‘Automated diagnosis’
