The Vodafone diagnostic utility can be used to run basic tests to check for any connectivity issues on your Vodafone broadband.
- Open a browser on your PC and go to http://192.168.1.1/
- Â Enter your password. The default is vodafone.
- Make sure that ‘Basic Mode‘ is selected in the top right-hand corner of the router settings page
- Click on ‘Status & Support’
- Select ‘Diagnostic Utility’ from the left-hand menu
- Click on the ‘Diagnose” button under the ‘Automated diagnosis’
