How to cancel Shell Energy Broadband at the end of my contract
There is a £15 cease charge to cancel your Shell Energy broadband at the end of your contract.
Shell Energy uses the Openreach network (BT phone line) therefore if you switch to another Openreach provider, they will handle the cancellation and broadband switch.
Cancelling my Shell Energy Broadband contract early
Shell Energy states:
“If you are still within your minimum term, early termination charges may apply. There is also a cease charge that will apply. You can see the details of these on our price list”
