How to Cancel Sky Broadband

How to cancel SKY Broadband at the end of my contract

If you are out of contract,  it is free to cancel your SKY broadband.

SKY uses the Openreach network (BT phone line).  If you switch to another Openreach provider, they will handle the switch and cancellation for you.

Cancelling my SKY Broadband contract early

Sky will charge you an early termination fee if you cancel early.

Details of the charges can be found in their ‘Early termination charges table‘ pdf document which can be downloaded from their Charges for ending your SKY contract page.
