Is the Wifi the cause of the performance issue?

The root cause of the performance issue may be your wireless as opposed to the Demon Internet internet connection.

You can rule out the wireless by simply connecting your computer directly to the Demon Internet broadband router with a network cable and run the Demon Internet Speedtest again.

If the speed is better when you’re connected by a network cable, this indicates that the issue could be with your Wifi network.
