Troubleshooting Name internet performance issues

Is your wireless network the problem?

The cause of the performance problem may be your wireless and not the Name broadband connection.

You could rule out the Wifi network by connecting your computer directly into the Name broadband router using an ethernet cable and run the Name Speedtest again.

If the speed test result improves when you’re connected by an ethernet cable, this proves that the issue could be with your wireless.

A few other things to investigate:
