Is the Wifi network the cause of the slowness?

The root cause of the performance issue could be your Wifi as opposed to the Avanti broadband internet connection.

You could rule out the Wi-Fi network by simply connecting your PC directly to the Avanti broadband router using a network cable and run the Avanti Speed test again.

If the performance improves when you are connected by a network cable, this proves that the problem may be with the Wi-Fi network.

A few other things to check:

• Are the WiFi channels that you are using for your Wifi network network (SSID) overlapping with your neighbors?
