How to troubleshoot Gigler internet performance issues

Is the Wi-Fi network the reason for the issues?

The root cause of the performance problem may be your wireless and not the Gigler internet connection.

You could rule out the wireless network by connecting your PC directly to the Gigler broadband router with a network cable and then run the Gigler Speed checker again.

If the speed test result is better when you’re connected by a network cable, this shows that the problem could be with your internal wireless network.
