Is the Wifi the cause of the slowness?

The root cause of the performance problem could be your Wifi network and not the Hive Telecom internet connection.

You can rule out the wireless network by connecting your computer directly to the Hive Telecom broadband router with an ethernet cable and run the Hive Telecom Speedtest again.

If the performance improves when you are connected by an ethernet cable, this shows that the problem could be with the wireless network.

A few other things to investigate:
