Is your wireless the issue?
The cause of the performance problem may be your wireless network and not the HiWiFi internet connection.
You can rule out the wireless by connecting your computer directly into the HiWiFi broadband router using an ethernet cable and run the HiWiFi Speed test again.
If the performance improves when you’re connected by a network cable, this indicates that the issue could be with your Wi-Fi network.
Possible things to investigate:
- Are the Wireless channels that you are using for your wireless network network (SSID) overlapping with your neighbours?
