Troubleshooting Oosha broadband performance problems

Is your Wifi the cause of the performance issue?

The root cause of the performance problem may be your Wifi as opposed to the Oosha broadband internet connection.

You could rule out the wireless by connecting your computer directly to the Oosha broadband router with an ethernet cable and run the Oosha Speed checker again.

If the result improves when you’re connected using a network cable, this shows that the issue may be with your Wi-Fi network.

A number of things to look further into:
